Finnhomy 600D Mylar Hydroponic Grow Tent
Finnhomy 600D Mylar Hydroponic Grow Tent
The Finnhomy grow tent comes with a 3×3 grow tent, a floor tray made of mylar that can be removed, 2 filtering straps and a manual for the user to be able to set up the tent easily and quickly without the need of any tools.

The tent’s canvas is constructed of a high-quality nylon oxford fabric with a density of 600D, and the interior is completely coated with a mylar material that is very reflective.

The durable frame is sturdy and long-lasting, this is because the bars and poles are made of metals that can withstand a weight of roughly about a 100lbs.

Suitable for use with all growing systems (hydroponic, aeroponic and soil-based cultivation), this tent is compatible with all types of lights: Incandescent, LED, Fluorescent (Standard, CFL & T5) and HID (Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium & Dual-arc). The outer shell is constructed from commercial-grade (600D), puncture-resistant, waterproof, oxford nylon fabric. This material is completely non-toxic, mildew and fire-resistant, and also washable. The interior lining is highly-reflective, allowing plants to utilize all the supplied light without waste. The durable, fade-proof, advanced reflection surface is thermally adhered to the outer shell and will not separate or tear.

It also features industrial-strength, oversized (#10) coil zippers designed to curve and go around corners without opening or separating. Tabs are used to secure the door in the open position for convenience while working. The frame and all corner supports are crafted from powder-coated, high-grade, high-capacity tubular steel. Removable upper rails provide overhead support for lighting, odor control and ventilation systems. Without need for any tools, the unit can be completely assembled in minutes.

Pros:
A floor tray can be removed.
High-quality, dense 600D fabric.
Heavy duty SBS zippers.

Cons:

How to choose the right size grow tent?
Most beginner growers should plan on at least 2 square feet per plant.  Small growers may have up to 2 plants growing at a time. They need an indoor grow tent that’s at least 2 feet by 2 feet for total 4 square feet. It may look too big when they are seedlings but adult plants will fill up that space.

Depending on your grow technique and your attention to pruning and training the plants, you can fit 4-6 mature plants into a 4 by 4-foot tent. If you only use a tent for seedlings, you can pack 16 of them in a 4×4 grow tent.

If you have more than 6 mature plants planned for the future, you’ll need at least a 5 by 5-foot tent.

Is a tent too conspicuous for your circumstances? Consider a grow box. For small spaces and discreet home growing they can be an ideal solution.  You can even build your own grow box, although that is a big project and maybe more expensive than buying a complete system.
